Actually dokkan has worse rates then legends. A new featured unit in dokkan is a .71% chance while legends is a 1% chance. To pull a featured unit in general is a 5% chance while legends is 6%. Gogeta is not even close to being trash, his kit is still good and hes apart of fusions which is a great team. Content must be related to Dokkan Battle.
