Shotgun and I-Form, which are really the only two I truly use. The Shotgun, you start by running to the outside and throwing mid-range or the post. Then, go to the I formation and run up the middle.In EA's system, that would be six different formations, but in Meyer's offense it's a single formation with a bunch of possible simple one-word tags that tell the TE where to line up.
