Razer nari ultimate keeps disconnecting
My Razer Nari Ultimate had bought on 2021 and worked perfectly until 6 months back when I started using 3.5mm connector as the dongle disconnects and reconnect repeatedly. Identical to some other comment in this blogpost. As couldn't get a new dongle or even a third-party support service probably I won't buy Razer sh*ts again.Go in Razer Synapse>Audio>Mixer>turn off THX Spatial Audio. Go in Razer Synapse>Audio>Enhancements>turn off Haptic Intensity. So far turning off those two options have made the trick. If any of you guys have encountered any other issues or have other possible solutions, please post them below.In total there is Razer Nari - Game, Razer Nari - Chat, and THX Spatial Audio. In OBS the THX Spatial Audio and it can't detect any sound coming from anything. The Razer Nari - Game sound detects sound, but it is very distorted and crackly sound. (Normally it doesn't have distortion and crackles). The Razer Nari - Chat is also bad in audio quality.

Hello, I have a problem: suddenly my headset (Razer Nari Ultimate) started to disconnect and reconnect to my computer, they cause crashes and freezes if something is playing a sound (a videogame, a video on YT or even the test bell in Windows Settings -> System -> More sound settings --> right click on device -> test )Nari Ultimate. I got my Nari Ultimate last Christmas. Its been working fine until now. The headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. It makes the beeper noise it makes when it disconnects. The same with reconnecting. About 1 out of the 10 times it does this, my huntsman elite, deathadder elite, and base station chroma all freeze.Nari Ultimate Headset, Disconnecting, crackling and pausing sound. So, i found out that if i have the transmitter plugged into USB 3.0 it performs worse, 2.0 seems to be the better fit but it will randomly drop off razer synapse and then come right back, less frequently on 2.0 but still an issue.
