For sale is a Marlin Original Golden 39A lever action rifle in .22 S/L/LR. Serial number- 21261383. This 39A is in good condition with some very minor rust/pitting spots and scratches on the barrel (See in Photos). It is equipped with a 20.5 inch micro groove barrel with a very good bore.

The white line spacer started in 1951. Your gun certainly must have a Ballard style rifled barrel if it does not have 16 lands and grooves that is found in the Micro-Groove barrel. The Ballard barrels have 6 lands and grooves.The serial number is MR 24XXXC. It has "WG" stamped on the left side of the barrel near the receiver. There is no "JM" or "REP" on the barrel.
