When I was ten I towered over my lttle foster sis …one hour ago i was showing my girlfriend my barbell and how i do deadlifts, front squats,etc. so i say joking '' let's see if you can deadlift the small bar ( e-z curl bar with maybe 20 pounds) so she does it and we laugh. so i say do you want to try to deadlift the bigger bar thinking that she would say she doesn't care or that it's not funny.Besides you showing her how strong she is idk how you can Make her more aware of her strength relative to you. A lot of it also comes down to drive. I’m clearly stronger than my gf but we also don’t playfight. Something tells me she challenges your strength because you’re evenly matched and wants to be confident in her own strength.
