Now if we had to forge like a lava/environment suit or something to use the forge or safely traverse the volcano area, that'd be kinda neat. But this is definitely a bug. If I get close to them I can’t hit “E” to open the forge and craft obsidian things like weapons of the grey, obsidian composites and so on.The volcanic forge doesn't work like a regular furnace, where you just load the stuff and then it works. You need to tell it to make the Composite Obsidian. If you have the obsidian feats, then there's one recipe showing in the forge. You need 10 obsidian and 1 steel bar for each bar of Composite Obsidian. You get six bars of output each minute.
