Personally, I'd skip Slepe Vampyres. From what the wiki shows, they can be assigned in Slepe, Meiyerditch, and Darkmeyer and you can kill Feral Vampyre, Vampyre Juvinate, Vyrewatch, and Vyrewatch Sentinel.
