I love the vaporwave inspired themes. The Pokemon HeartGold Team Rocket theme. Looks just like the box wallpaper from the game, and plays the hideout music on a perfect loop. I LOVE the sim city one, i also have a couple aphex twin themes just for fun. I love this Meta Knight theme so much, I recommend it a lot.Custom 3ds theme music not changing when i use different bgm files. So i installed a mother 3 theme that played its custom song and when i used a different theme that said it had its own music the same mother 3 theme was playing. I have tried four themes with thier music and even made my own theme with new music but every time the first song plays.

It cannot change its region to Japan and use the eShop. For only Japanese region 3DSes are allowed to get those themes officially. If you want to change themes, to custom ones, you can use anemone homebrew, but it requires to "jailbreak" the 3ds.
