Tales of Maj'Eyal (or ToME) is a classic, fantasy roguelike that stands the test of time tremendously and provides countless hours of fun and horrifying deat...TOME is one of the few roguelikes I've beat. It's definitely possible to beat in a reasonable amount of time, depending on your strategy, and there are a lot of feasible strategies. The miniquests on each level are a brilliant way to motivate the player. I appreciate the balance between Angband and something more ambitious.
