I mailed a form 4868 extension request in mid-March to the IRS address in Kansas City, MO. I sent it Tracked (not Certified). It is still showing as "Moving Through Network - In Transit, Arriving Late". Do I need to do anything? I am expecting a large refund so unlikely to get a penalty, but I don't want to be labeled as a "late filer"..
