You can squeeze a little more out with a 93 octane tune, but not much. I notice only a small difference between the stock tune and my 93 octane tune, but it is noticeable. It's a basic swap from a 5.4L to v10...in an F250/350. You'd need tranny, engine, all electronics, cooling system, rear axle....maybe the front axle, maybe the chassis harness. The engine bay isn't big enough for a v10, really. The 5.4L is a tight enough fit.
