Peacock subtitles won't turn on
I'm not sure if it's a technical problem or if Peacock isn't able to use captions on those shows for legal reasons, but I have seen this problem before. I’ve tried watching Harry Potter and it doesn’t have subtitles either. It does have them on my phone but not the ps4 app. Its really strange. Having the same problem. To remove the Closed Captioning from the TV screen, it must be disabled on the device that is decoding the Closed Captioned signal.
