Fluttering upper abdomen

Over the past couple of weeks I've experienced some very annoying twitching in my upper left abdomen, just under my ribcage. It doesn't hurt - but It seems to stay around for a few hours at a time (on and off)...I have a vibrating fluttering sensation in my upper abdomen just below my sternum. No pain just weird sensations. It'sbeen going on for months off and on. I was looking into gallbladder or pancreatitis or something like that, but there aren't any specific organs in that region , at least i don't think so.The right upper quadrant of the abdomen includes the pancreas, right kidney, gallbladder, liver, and intestines. Pain under the ribs in this area can indicate an issue affecting one of these organs.
