Honestly I think Paradox needs to make a Stellaris movie. Imagine paradox holding a competition with teams of players being the contestants, the winning playthrough becomes the movie plot. Dragonscale comes from killing a fully grown space dragon. You'd have to kill Hrozgar to get it.
