Blowguns are really, really gamebreaking in certain hands. Damage isn't the focus of blowguns. Archer have ability that give ally 100% accuracy on ranged attack debuff. And even these "missable" items aren't exactly missable because they're only based off of levels. You bring a different class with lower levels and you'll be right back in the range where they drop again.
